I don’t need to tell you many homeowners are being hit with higher tax bills year after year. Taxpayers need help and that’s why my colleagues and I in the State Senate have worked to ensure that they get the help they need and deserve. We recognize how hard New Yorkers have to work just to pay their property taxes and our number one priority is to provide greater tax relief to the hardworking, overburdened taxpayers of New York State.

     In our ongoing effort to continue to cut taxes and return your hard earned money back to you, I wanted to let you know that the property tax rebate checks that I fought to secure will be arriving in mailboxes soon.






Allegany County applications will be mailed starting September 29.
Cattaraugus County applications will be mailed starting September 29.
Chautauqua County applications will be mailed starting September 29.
Livingston County applications will be mailed starting September 29.
